Signature exhibitions are our most exclusive offerings, reserved for only a handful of artists each year. With in-depth promotion, catalogs, and special features, these exhibitions receive dedicated attention to ensure the highest quality presentation. Availability is limited to just 4 per year, making each one a distinct event within the Sommer Haus calendar.

📂 What to Provide Today
For Solo Exhibitions we ask for the following:
- Contact Information (name, email, website/socials if available)
- Sample Artwork Images (3–5 works that best represent your portfolio), JPG or PNG, at least 1200px on the long edge, File naming:

Submissions should be free from explicit, violent, or graphic content that may not be considered family friendly.) - Artist Statement (brief, 1–2 paragraphs) – If preferred, our team will craft a professional statement to help you communicate your artistic journey with clarity and impact. Note that you’d like that service in the text area provided for the statement. Then please provide us with general information about you and your artistic journey.

FAQs
How long does it take?
- We review applications monthly.
- When approved and invited, we’ll confirm dates and send your agreement and invoice for the deposit amount.
Can I update works mid‑exhibition?
Yes—minor swaps for sold items are fine in Premium and Signature tiers. Larger changes may incur a small update fee.
How are sales handled?
We forward all purchasing inquiries to you via a link to your shop or email. You keep 100% of sales.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days after signing the agreement. They become non‑refundable after 7 days.
If you need to cancel prior to design start, we’ll refund the deposit less a $25 admin fee.
Additional Payments: Any payments made in excess of the deposit shall be refundable if notice of cancellation is received according to the following schedule:
- Mini Solo: 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the scheduled opening date.
- Essential Solo: 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the scheduled opening date.
- Enhanced Solo: 6 weeks (35) days prior to the scheduled opening date.
- Premium & Signature Solo: 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the scheduled opening date, due to custom catalog/event prep costs.
Can I include more than 25 artworks in my Premium exhibition?
Yes. The package includes up to 25 works, but you may add more at $15 each. For larger exhibitions, custom pricing is available.
